Important Information for Food Truck Owners

The GH Plan will be implemented beginning Wednesday September 14, 2011. Effective as of that date the LA County Health Department has requested that all bathrooom letters issued along the Chatsworth Street Corridor in Old Granada Hills be "single day use" only. This will apply to all merchant restroom facilities whether or not the merchant is participating in the plan. The Chamber will facilitate the issuance of bathroom letters for participating merchants. To participate in this process Food Truck owners will be required to formalize this arrangement with the completion of the Food Truck Owner's Agreement before any letters can be issued by the Chamber. Please complete the information in advance of your arrival and either drop it off at the Chamber office or fax the signed document to: 818-366-7425. Letters will be available at the Chamber office beginning at 3PM on Wednesdays and Fridays. You may notify the Chamber in advance of your planned attendance via email (ghcoc@verizon.net) or phone (818-368-3235) so that all paperwork can be prepared in advance.

Food Truck Owners who choose NOT to participate in the plan will be required to make their own arrangements for bathroom letters with merchants not participating in the plan. Questions regarding the plan should be addressed to the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce Office.

As of 9/15/2011 the following merchants are participating in the Plan and have requested that the Chamber issue bathroom letters on their behalf. Only bathroom letters issued by the Chamber are valid for these merchants on event nights.
