Ritch, Wynne - President

Born in Robinson, Illinois, Eagle Scout. Spent two tours in Vietnam with the Marines. Graduated from Cal.State University Dominguez Hills 1972.

Retired from the Boy Scouts after 32 years and have been a registered member for 55 years, Life member of the VFW, Past President of the Burbank Noon Kiwanis, Past President of the Half Moon Bay Rotary Club, Past President of the North Hollywood Optimist, Past Lt. Governor of Division 16 Kiwanis, Member of the Rotary Foundation Board, Member of the Western Los Angeles County Council's Boy Scout Board, 45 years with the Elks Club, and a Silver Beaver recipient from the Boy Scouts and Vigil Member of the Order of the Arrow.

Recipient of the Hixon Award from Kiwanis, James E. West Award from Boy Scouts, and Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary. Long-time member of the San Pedro Poker Club.

Avid Boy Scout memorabilia collector, Norman Rockwell collector as well as other old stuff. Married with four children and 5 grand children
